Cliftons Management Ltd has been established since 1975 and is a totally independent, owner operated Company. We are one of the most experienced, dedicated and respected Letting Companies in the North West London area.
Cliftons Management Ltd is the 'in house' letting arm of a group of residential Property Investment Companies who have been established for more than 40 years. We let and manage properties exclusively for these Companies.
We always have studios and flats available to rent as we manage approximately 400 quality properties principally in the North and North West London area, although we also have a good selection of flats and houses in various high specification developments in the City.
We are members of The Dispute Service - Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and are bound by their rules to protect your deposit. The Dispute Service is an independent company and their aim is to resolve complaints and disputes arising in the private rented sector speedily, cost-effectively and fairly. Any disputes arising from return of deposits will be dealt with by an Independent Case Examiner (ICE), in order to resolve the dispute swiftly, inexpensively and impartially.

- Our success is due to the simple formula that, as we are not motivated by earning commission, we are able to give all our tenants individual personal attention, thus ensuring a successful landlord/tenant relationship.
- Rents are generally kept competitive as unlike most letting agents we do not operate on a commission basis. The only cost to you will be for an indepdendent inventory check-in report.
- We regularly attend 'Landlord & Tenant' courses in order to keep abreast of current legislation.
- We provide an efficient "after letting" maintenance service.
